Roses, giving it a try..

While I enjoyed sketching this, I wasn't very satisfied with the outcome. Still have to learn some techniques to blend the colors when using color pencils. Nevertheless, roses are the most beautiful flower!

Ballerina

I have been thinking so hard on what to draw next, which is when I started using Pinterest. I should say, it gave me so many options. Since the time I have started taking Zumba classes, I have grown too fond of dancing. That might be one of the reasons, why I sketched a Ballerina this time.

Long time, no see! (Part-2)

It has been almost a year, since I posted something in my blog! And, here is why.. Long story short, I crossed the ocean this year and I am 8000 miles away from home now.

After a year delay, I achieved my long term dream and I cannot be more busy because of this (Note: I don't regret it. Well, I shouldn't.). A lot of things happened this year (2013-14).. Some of them on top of my head are...

I broke my leg (Wow, of all the good things that has happened this year, I have no clue why that was on top of my head. :-D), I have started to like dancing more, visited 'n' number of temples (where 0<n<∞), Oh yeah! That means, I have started to code a hell lot, I realized that I hate to travel in flight (especially alone.. for 22 hours),  got some really close friends (Unexpected. Uhhh, perhaps a miracle!), learnt to cook (This, I would call an achievement in my entire life. To people, whom I said I will never cook.. I accept my defeat! I really want good Indian food. And hey, I cook well.), and last but not least, I miss home! 

I really really hope to post more this year. :)
